“You never know what can save a child.” - Geoffrey Canada

Every author, artist, scientist is first inspired by something—or someone.
School budget cuts and the economy leave many Mahoning County classrooms lacking the most basic of materials. This negatively affects the quality of education the students - our kids - receive. Our teachers struggle to do more with less.
93% of teachers* spend money out of their own pockets - as much as $350-$500 each on average - to ensure the classroom needs of their students are met. But they can no longer afford to do so and none should be expected to.
They need help. Your help.
Help A Teacher Teach (HATT) receives requests from teachers for all sorts of classroom needs. HATT seeks to grant those requests. You can make that possible through your generous donation. Great communities build great schools and great schools build great communities. All donations benefit Mahoning County and are tax deductible.
